Auction closing. The auction remains open until 10 minutes have passed without a bid being entered. In no event, however, will the auction close later than 4AM EST on April 21, 2013. Bidders who desire to enter bids during the auction's final hours but cannot do so at that time may elect to enter ceiling bids, either through online bidding, which preserves the confidentiality of the amount you enter, or by telephone.
Reserve prices. Certain lots may have a reserve price, below which the lot will not be sold.
Bidding increments. All bids must be at least 10% higher than the highest bid. If the highest bid is $1,000, for example, the next bid must be at least $1,100.
All items will be sold to the highest bidder. All bids have to meet the "reserve" or minimum price listed. ParagonAuctions.com reserves the right to accept or rejject any or all bids and to pull a item from the auction for any reason.
Ceiling bids. Ceiling bids must be at least 21% higher than the highest bid. Ceiling bids are executed competitively as other bids are entered against them. If a lot has a reserve price and your ceiling bid exceeds the reserve price, the ceiling bid will be executed up to the reserve price.
Bids cannot be retracted. Once placed, a bid cannot be retracted or withdrawn. Once a bid is entered, an outbid notice is automatically sent to online bidders. Entering a bid constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions of this auction.
Buyer's premium and fees. A 15% buyer's premium is added to the winning bid on all lots. If you enter a winning bid of $1,000, for example, you will receive an invoice for $1,150. In addition, your invoice will include insurance, shipping and handling charges.
